At UN1K, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Items returned without original packaging or in a condition different from when received may not be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

If approved, UN1K will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Altered or modified products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.

Lost Packages

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
